Can't create K8s native cluster due to ovdc not enabled for native

Hi all,
Two days ago, I can create k8s native cluster (CSE 3.0.2) successfully without error. Now I can't create K8s native cluster , it had the error: OVDC not enabled for native.
Did anybody get this error before? I enable the ovdc manually by using the command "sudo vcd cse ovdc enable --native --org "org_name", but it still get the error. How can i resolve it?
