Is it possible to manage PortGroups with VLAN ID's using this SDK? I want to automate adding and deleting PortGroups from C#. But the word vlan is not mentioned at all in the documentation for vsphere-automation-sdk-.net.

VMware PowerCLI does have this option with the command network vswitch standard portgroup set.
