Browser Preview extension is deprecated in favor of Live Preview #379

The Browser Preview extension is deprecated in favor of Live Preview.

Here are some suggestions:

move Browser Preview to the Productivity list section (similar to where Live Server is)
move Browser Preview to the Productivity description and demo section
Amend the extension's title with (deprecated)
Indicate Live Preview as an alternative
