rename KEYVAL and SECTION across version #11

To be as flexible as possible, it would be rather fancy to offer the ability to rename a KEYVAL or SECTION
in one version of a mold to another.

Open questions:

Allow any of the two names (old_name, new_name) to be available in versions before/after the rename?
How does this impact the internal data structures for element storage. How about iteration over
all elements? At what point does the name come into play? How do one query from the element storage
based on these names? If we allow the old_name, new_name to have existed and exist in the future, this
might get real messy.
