Hi @mkwan-amzn ! We have thought about that in #4085 but haven't done the work to make Vector really usable as a crate yet. I think we can consider this request is a part of #4085 so I'll close this one, but let me know if you disagree.

Actually, it was pointed out to me that this is probably take Vector, the binary, installable via cargo rather than have it available as a crate. Let me reopen this. That would be a smaller lift.

I do want to give my +1 to #4085 as that would be great as well, but understand that that's probably a much larger lift and happy to keep that discussion in #4085.
