DatePicker使用new Date()设置默认时间format格式化有问题 #3794

以上DatePicker组件使用new Date()设置默认当天，但是valueFormat: 'YYYY-MM-DD'不起作用，还是带时分秒的

但是使用dayjs设置默认值，格式化又是正常的

这是什么原因?
