gpu clock was lock at 750MHZ

CPU | Intel Core i7-4800MQ
GPU | Intel HD Graphics 4600
SSD | 1tb sata +512gb m.2+2TB hdd
Memory | 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Camera | 720p Camera
WiFi & BT | 94360cs2
when i was use catalina 10.15.6 the gpu clock can be run to 1150MHZ
and new when i install the menterey 12.6 ,
i found the gpu clock was locked at 750mhz ,you can feel it work slows down
i use the smbios is MacBookPro11,4
how can i fix it？

May I ask, what did you use to measure your GPU clock speeds?
I ran the GPU benchmark included in Intel Power Gadget, and while the default clock speed for my GPU is indeed 750 MHz, during the test it climbed up to 1180 MHz.

Here are some screenshots attached (one while idle, one while requesting maximum frequency).
