Can We Turn on Destination Only Pruning for Unidirectional Search Algos? #4655

And then rely on the second pass to get any that have a destination (or origin for reverse) that happen to be in destination-only regions? The hope is that for the normal case this helps performance and in the rare case it requires a second pass (kind of our philosophy for most things).
