Describe the bug
The tarball contains an entry for .. When sudo extracted to e.g. opt, it changes ownership of opt to 1001:docker and permissions to 0700, presumably matching tmpDirPath in createBinaryArchives.py.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Download the Linux binary archive
Extract it with sudo into /opt
Observe that ownership of /opt has changed
Expected behavior
Ownership should not change.
