Please make default user name translatable

I just had a look at the norwegian translation of the game, as the updated version showed up in Debian, and it look great. But one misfeature was the fact that the default user name ("Unnamed Traveler") is not translated. Please make it possible to translate the default user name. I would like to translate it to "Navnløs oppdagelsesreisende" in the Norwegian translation.

It would be useful to be able to translate the boat names too. For example 'Black Beard' should be 'Svartskjegg' in Norwegian.

I'm not sure if translating boat names is a good idea since the boat names are already in different languages.
I think it would be better to add some Norwegian boat names to the game.

Looking through the list I recognized that the German umlauts are not used but ae, oe, ue instead.
