Can I use the popperJS from the bootstrap 5 bundled js as a dependency for other libraries?

I want to use the Tempus Dominus DateTimePicker in a Bootstrap 5 project. TD requires PopperJS, and I was hoping to use the popperJS that's included in de the Bootstrap 5 Bundle.js file. Is this possible? Note that I'm using the bootstrap 5 webjar.

For reference: I have both the bootstrap.bundle.js and my own JavaScript included as a module, and I'm getting the below error when clicking on the Tempus Dominus button. This appears to be a problem with resolving the PopperJS library. Is this because the bootstrap 5 bundle doesn't expose PopperJS by default? And if so, is there a way to have the bundle expose it?
