Important (!) does not apply with styled() #2

Look like the styled() combines all utilities class into one such as ".tw-1baguyc",
Therefore the important does not correctly apply. 🐛

Here is reproduce sandbox. The text should blue

That is an issue with @apply. I found edge some issues myself. I keep that in mind.
