Feature Request: Include check for updates for packages outside AUR

As an example package pacui-git https://github.com/excalibur1234/pacui was removed from AUR (available in Manjaro). When built in a local dir, pamac manager routinely detects if the source of such outsider package has been updated - with zero config required. So the suggestion would be to include such packages in trizen -Syu --devel --needed call to check and update if required.
