Python 3.8 unable to install any package....returns Error: could not find a version that satisfies the requirement.....Error: No matching distribution found #6908

Unfortunately Pootle only supports Python 2
http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/pootle/en/latest/server/requirements.html#python-version
