Feature request. Monitoting system how much each user uses VPN

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Thanks for this project! I use it for almost a year for my friends and me. I'm confused though how often do my friends use it. I don't know if I can add more friends because I'm afraid the server load would be too much.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be cool to have some monitoring web page where you can see current connections. Alternatively, this can be an API returning current connections. This way, another project could consume this API and build such webpage / store historical data in a database.

imho, one point of algo is to have no logs/monitoring.
If want to, that would fall on wireguard monitoring solution. One could be https://github.com/MindFlavor/prometheus_wireguard_exporter
