DigitalOcean Deployement Fails - ubuntu.yml task failure

I am unable to deploy a new algo instance due to the following task failing to install dnscrypt-proxy.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried multiple times to deploy.

I'm unable to recreate this problem in DigitalOcean nyc3. Maybe a temporary problem with one of DigitalOcean's software mirrors?

That's very possible. I was getting this error with the sfo3 data center. I'll try again later and will report back.

This was a temporary issue with Digital Ocean's mirrors. Tested again today and all is working!
