Personal tweak settings for my linux setups

Hi all,

I've just uploaded a small personal collection of tweaks to assist the community in getting started with Linux for the first time.

Over the years, I've discovered that linux is simply not a pleasant setup experience and is far from user friendly.

This is my first attempt at uploading and sharing on github, so please forgive my inexperience 😁
