CONCAT TSQL: Parse for single entity

Hi,

When using CONCAT, transpiling into TSQL does not account for CONCAT(a).
It seems that in SQL Server, CONCAT(a,b) is a strict requirement.
How would you go about replacing (transpiling) CONCAT(a) to just a?

I cannot find CONCAT as an expression within expression.py, so I'm not sure how to tackle this for function parser.
