/usr/local/bin/validator-nu does not exit

/usr/local/bin/validator-nu should make the validator run detached in background, instead of not stopping.

Also, there is no way to stop it. Ctrl+C on the validator-nu script keeps it running.

@jaimeiniesta, any experience of this? Either way, you'll likely have better luck reporting this upstream; this is merely a guide to get validator built and running.

I have never had any issue with this.

Maybe validator-nu has changed and it's behaving like this on the latest build.
