yumex updater should have an option to use notication besides the tray icon #86

Tray icons is not supported out of the box in Gnome and need a special gnome-shell extension to be useful
the hover text about number of updates is not working even with the extension is install.

So the updater should have an option to send a notification when updates is available, with a button to start yum extender.
