Program 'flow' failed to run

I keep getting this error. Also tried installing with pip install -e . and pip install .

Getting same error while running on Windows but Anaconda environment. Please help.

I had an error with flow too. But it was happened because of OS. I'm not sure yours and mine are same problem but maybe you can try this.

py flow --h
py flow --model cfg/tiny-yolo.cfg --load bin/tiny-yolo.weights
