Dyslexia-friendly themes?

I was wondering if any current themes are dyslexia-friendly, or if any are being planned in the future. As I understand, quite a bit of work goes into making a theme readable other than just changing the font, and as I am not dyslexic myself I don't know which current themes would be more appropriate to recommend to someone with dyslexia.

Using a font like Dyslexie or Lexend would a good starting point but doesn't have to be the end.

Anyone able add their two cents on the most dyslexia-friendly of the themes?
