Doesn't work

I uploaded a fresh json of location history. It processed for about 5 or 6 minutes and produced a blank (no data) heat map.

Hey - sorry to hear that. I know Google recently made some changes to the LocationHistory.json export (it looks like they inadvertently changed the latitude/longitude fields to unsigned integers when they were supposed to be signed), and I put together a fix for that (8234264).

However, it's possible something else changed too. Would you be up for temporarily securely sharing a copy of your LocationHistory.json file with me so I can work on implementing a fix? If so please send me an email ([email protected]) and I can share a secure link with you. Would love to get the visualizer working for you.

I could send you a subset of the data. But I need to be certain that editing the file as a simple text file and trimming it at the record delimiter will be acceptable. I am not familiar with json file formats. Ben Maurer Just Call Ben, General Contractor 619 820 2905

I also have issues... either hanging for hours on processing a 900kb json or instatly processing a 500kb one but showing 0 data...

I have the same problem. I'm uploading my full history (420MB) or just a month (200KB). The site asks for an email address. But then all I see is a blank card. Which I can only scroll / navigate with the arrow keys, but not with the mouse.

Same, can't seem to be able to use. Tried with a ~30Mb json file, it uploaded in 3 seconds, but then I get stuck on "Processing data" even after 1hr of wait. Tried several times on Chrome and on Edge, same issue.

Edit: nevermind, it works, I am dumb for forgetting to unzip the JSON file :D
