Feature Description

Hyperglass is notoriously slow to start when running in containerised applications where the build cache can not be used.

Environment & Use Case

Running hyperglass in a container in a kubernetes clustrer for our free third party powered looking glass (https://hyperglass.x4b.net/)

Additional Context

  • What I would like to see is something that allows for the removal of configuration from the static build so that the heavy work can be pre-computed.
  • Or changes made that enables a faster (more reasonable) build.

Currently a pod start takes 40 CPU minutes....

Hello, I'm curious if this is any different in v2.0.0, which is containerized by default. It may not be, but I'd still like to know.
