src/distillation directory is missing init.py #91

Hi,

The distillation folder is missing init.py and is omitted when installing the latest commit from pip:
pip install git+https://github.com/texttron/tevatron.git#egg=tevatron.

Can you please add the init.py file so the directory is packaged correctly.
