Feature description

When the physical mouse is connected and used for scrolling the content it scrolls every X lines. How this can be changed, so the scroll be with different amount of lines at the time?

Additional information

On the Windows/Linux it is possible to configure mouse scroll rate. How this can be done on Termux?
