Update Telegram

Expected behaviour

Local password and notifications settings should stay intact

Actual behaviour

Local password turned off and notifications settings are reset to default

Local passcode can't be turned off without the authorization and all the settings being erased / forgotten. Because passcode is used to encrypt those on disk.

But I didn't get such problem. I'd like to see debug logs from exact before / update / after of such update that forgets stuff, so I could debug it, because for me it remembered everything as it should have.
