Alan Greene @AlanGreene Alan is one of the sole maintainer of the tektoncd/dashboard for a while now. He doesn't miss releases, he is also involved in other component, triaging issues, working on documentation as well, helping both the users as well as the maintainers.
Chitrang Patel @chitrangpatel Chitrang Patel has been making wonderful contributions to Tekton Pipeline, Tekton Chains, and the Tekton ecosystem as whole. I would like to highlight his work in driving Tekton Artifacts (TEP-0139). From laying the ground work with Larger Results via Sidecar Logs (TEP-0127) to breaking down the Tekton Artifacts mountain into implementable phases, e.g. TEP-0147, Chitrang does it all, and he does it with a smile. I am grateful to have Chitrang as a community member. His willingness to always help and move forward is inspiring.
Jerome Ju @JeromeJu I would like to nominate Jerome Ju for all his relentless work on the Tekton API and feature flags, helping to keep the Tekton API stable and flexible for Tekton users
Piyush Garg @piyush-garg Piyush has been regularly contributing to various Tekton CD projects, and he is a great source when it comes to sharing knowledge about Tekton and encouraging its adoption. I wholeheartedly like to nominate him for the award.
Vinamra Jain @vinamra28 Thank you Vinamra for your contributions!

Since we received several nominations for this category, we will be using ranked choice voting for this award. Please rank up to 3 candidates.
1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd = 1 point, with the winner being decided by who has the most total points.

If you would like to write-in a candidate not listed, email your vote to [email protected].

Andrea Frittoli (NOT ELIGIBLE) @afrittoli (1) Lots of talks on Tekton features and organizations at OSS, Kubecon etc. e.g Open Source Summit Japan 2023 - Trusted Artifacts in Tekton (2) Andrea Frittoli for his tireless work, multiple talks, events, … he participates in :)

Luiz Carvalho @lcarva Luiz Carvalho, for his work on tektoncd/chains.
Vincent Demeester @vdemeester I would like to nominate Vincent Demeester for his work on the Tekton VMT, managing Tekton dependencies and always keeping Tekton secure and up-to-date.
Billy Lynch (NOT ELIGIBLE) @wlynch Billy is always pushing for secure ways of doing things in Tekton even if that is at a slight cost of consistency with existing methods. One such example: When Tekton released StepActions, we now do not allow direct param substitution in Scripts as a way to avoid the possibility of shell-attacks.

If you would like to write-in a candidate not listed, you can do so via the form or email your vote to [email protected].
