[Bug]: There is an issue while running the program[ the error occurs when i am starting it ]

What happened?

I am having this error which gives me some exception. It is occuring when i am running the program. I believe i lack some requirements but i failed to find any requirements section so if u could provide me with minimum requirements i would be glad to run it on my computer
