How to use with the Firebase console?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing the app.

from the fb console I've added an android app
com.tasomaniac.iot.morse
download my json and placed in the app folder.
built the application, installed and started the apk.
I made some tweaks to get running on the PI only to use logcat to show any message recieved rather than a real LED - maybe I've broke the logic.

Then from fb console goto notifications:
new message
I chose user segment
and target the app with your package name
message says sent
but I never receive the message at the onMessageReceived event.

Just wondered if I'm doing anything wrong. thanks in advance
