taoskeeper如何在容器内自动启动呢？ #42

我理解的taoskeeper就是类似于bitenami提供的redis部署实例里面的exporter一样的作用，只不过其他软件都是分开成两个容器的，所以可以设置启动依赖，那么在Tdengine里面，我要如何控制容器正常启动之后taoskeeper能够自动运行呢，目前我还是通过进入容器内部执行

命令来启动的，但这样就要求我有多个副本的话，就需要多次进入容器内部手动操作，不知道你们有没有更好的解决方案。

关于多个副本都需要开启taoskeeper的问题，已经解决了，整个集群只需要有一个结点开启了tasokeeper就能监控整个集群的状态，但仍然需要手动进入容器开启，有没有提供自动开启的配置呢

我clone了你们的taoskeeper代码，打包了镜像，同时修改了helm安装文件，通过sidecar模式，将taoskeeper单独挂载出来运行，目前一切正常，希望后面不会翻车
