Polar Project is a good utility application for testing Bitcoin Networks and Lightning Networks. The network posses most Bitcoin Lightning implementation, c-lightning inclusive. A Custom C-Lightning Node is needed in order to accomodate c-lightning plugin. The modified node can be used like a regular C-lightning-node in polar bitcoin and lightning network
