Im just trying to sign up but every time it sends me to https://tabler.bootmb.com/? i made a new account because my other one got hacked

How to reproduce

  1. Go to https://tabler.bootmb.com/sign-up.html
  2. then put my information to sign up
  3. it sends me to https://tabler.bootmb.com/?
