keepalive移动设备耗电问题

keep-alive-interval: 30
此时 Clash 发现并关闭一个无效 TCP 连接用时： 1keep-alive-interval + 9keep-alive-interval

当keep-alive-interval设置正常值时，clash会向mipush及微信的长链接频繁发送心跳包。
当keep-alive-interval设置值过大时，又会造成无效链接长时间未关闭，后续无法访问

请求像上面那个issue一样添加中国大陆ip段绕过clash内核或者把常用的长链接ip给绕过内核
已知长链接域名有
szlong.weixin.qq.com:443
pdc.micloud.xiaomi.net:443
