Drag and Drop not working for fedora 36 (AppImage) #211
Comments
I wonder if it's a Wayland issue with the Electron version the app is currently on |
could be just tested v3.4.0 and it's working fine with drag and drop |
Thanks for the info. But please don't use that version there were 2 critical security vulnerabilities fixed in ExifCleaner since then. Unfortunately it might be a while until I can update ExifCleaner to a new version of Electron because they don't support ESM modules, and electron-webpack is deprecated. So I will have to switch to something like esbuild or Webpack which is time-consuming. Until then I recommend you use exiftool directly from the command line. |
yea I noticed that, also would like to add it works fine if the file is manually imported via file > then open. Just drag and drop is broken |
Simply open exif cleaner then attempt to drag and drop pictures
