Currently, no. The dictionary is passed directly to the LanguageTool library and is not processed by TeXtidote. It could be implemented, though, by adding an extra check around this location in the loop:
One could extract the offending snippet and check if it matches any of the entries in the dictionary using a regular expression. |

For example, if I want to ignore all words starting with the letter a, I can in principle add all the combinations in dict.txt, but is there an easier way to achieve this?
