Add links to GCloud interface

When using GCloud as provider, it is possible to visualize the results of some command in the GCloud interface.

Add links to the relevant GCloud interface when we ask to check the change were propagated to the cloud. Note this is specific to GCloud, so making use of the tab-like infobox is needed.

• google bucket (storage) at chapter 7, section "Check the results"
• google artifact registry at chapter 13, section "Publish the BentoML model artifact Docker image to the container registry"
• kubernetes/compute engine at chapter 14, section "Deploy the Bento on Kubernetes"
• also add in clean up section (service acount, billing account, projects)
