Description

Would be nice to support this format . Looks like json and protobuf os what you support currently

then I can use s3 as a Schema Store and go serverless. I use minio with nats currently ..

Additional context

This will allow one of the Open Table formats that leverages Apache arrow and s3 but importantly provide schema evolution still.
