Hamburger Menu Bottons Not Working

Some of the buttons in the Hamburger Menu (Settings, Browser monitoring, Media grabber, Language, About XDM) do not work, others work fine
I need to use Network Proxy frequently and cant access it.

I'm on RockyLinux 8 (latest Update) and all the packages installed are out-of-the-box except for FFMPEG, (some of the pre-installed packages which were not compatible with FFMPEG were uninstalled.)

Not Sure If its helpful but the only other problem I've encountered is that the xdm-app process is not killed after I exit the app using the "Close" (cross button) and cannot rerun the app until I've manually killed the process;but its fine when I use the exit button in the Hamburger Menu
