scheduler not saving schedule

Describe the bug
When i enable the scheduler, selection DAILY, and press SAVE, when i open the scheduler window againg, Enable is deselected.
No schedule occurs.

To Reproduce
as per description.

Expected behavior
to schedule downloads every day

  tried, but
  C:\Program Files (x86)\XDM>java-runtime\bin\java -jar xdman.jar
  The system cannot find the path specified.
