Idea: additional location to set resource access entries

Great place to expose resourceAccess UI would be (below the views) on the Schema edit dialog. Not necessarily in lieu of the resource access tab in security, but in addition to.

This facilitates the user (thinking about) and setting up the visibility of the resources as views are created without having to page through or search for entries in security.

+1. It would also be great if new views were automatically added (with no access as the default)
