No grabbable space in the window bar.

When the window has been resized or if there are too many tabs open at once I can't find a place to grab the window and move it around. It would be nice to have a handle or blank space in the window bar (with the minimize, maximize, close, search etc) so that it is easier to manipulate the window when the tab area is full.
