Add support for framework's specific upload type

We should allow users to do things like this:

import strawberry
from starlette.datastructures import UploadFile

@strawberry.type
class Mutation:
    @strawberry.mutation
    class upload(self, file: UploadFile) -> str:
        return "ok"

For every framework, so they get better typing 😊
