Offer possible links on 404 page #533

If you're on a page like https://storybook.js.org/docs/react/writing-docs/docs-page#remixing-docspage-using-doc-blocks and select the v7 docs, it'll 404. Because we have access to the version and framework in the URL and (theoretically) the generated redirects, we should be able to offer the new location of the moved page (if it exists).
