Do you have any specific preference for a mono repo lib like Turborepo or NX or would you prefer a set-up with npm workspaces?

I think Turborepo would be appropriate. I can create a PR setting this up if you don not mind.

If you want to try, you might start with the Step CI repo first, where the monorepo desperately needed
