Description

When a node card is expanded for a node with <stencila-authorship> within text, there are extra spaces after those elements. My previous debugging of this issue suggested that this problem goes away if tooltips are remove from the render() function.

Note the gaps within the word "furry" below.

Reproduction steps

Got to http://127.0.0.1:9000/examples/provenance/simple-1.json?view=dynamic. Expand the node card for the paragraph. Look at the word "furry" which appears as "f ur ry". Remove the tooltips from the render function, note that the gaps dissapear (well they did for me).
