empty subtitles using File Batch and subtitles ID

Describe the bug
File Batch mode choose ID 1 for subtitles but output file have no subtitles when choose Eng in language instead of ID it is ok but add all eng subtitles language like SDH one. this happen only in File Batch, if add file one by one it is ok

Expected behavior
it must output file with correct given subtitles ID
is there a switch that exclude SDH subtitles ?

How to reproduce the issue
I convert Audio from EAC3 to AC3. video on copy/Mux and all file tested are MKV. for subtitles try to preserve only one i need by ID set 1 for example in language by choose ID. add mkv file in File Batch. Source is Automatic Audio is AC3 640 Kbps
