Please rename said item to "MediaInfo.NET" from "MediaInfo" to differentiate from the vanilla app and, more importantly, add to it your apps icon. Context menu icons are a very important visual aid.

Forgot to mention: I know the above can be somewhat achieved by using your OpenWithPP app, but, there are a couple of caveats:
context menu placement: even if the submenu option is disabled, the option is not in the top section, where it's most easily accesible
following your OpenWithPP instructions for this, the resulting option does not work for multiple selected files, as opposed to the default option MediaInfo.NET adds
