Desktop equivalent: status-im/status-desktop#14598

Description

Initial implementation of Swap operations in the Wallet. Basic UI, using Paraswap as our aggregator.

NOTE
Designs are kind of fixed for every part of the process until (not including) Tx preview + approve + swap. There's discussions going on about the last part.
