As a user I would like to be able to view my Community Assets

• As a user I would like to have a clear division of what assets I hold are "Community Assets" and which are not.
• As a user I would like to be able to send a Community Asset

Issues:

• Wallet - Collectibles - Community Asset Segregation in Collectibles Tab #19896
• Wallet - Collectibles - Hide Community Collectibles #19897
• Wallet - Collectibles - Manage tokens from wallet #19898

This feature should be hidden behind a feature flag where possible until completed.

Notifications/ Activity are not included in this feature.
Settings such as hiding a particular collectible/collection are not included in this feature
